Anatomy of Human Resource Management in Modern Time Option.

The famous Hawthorne experiment brought into limelight the fact that"attention to employees is extremely essential for higher productivity".
Since then numerous extensive research studies have been undertaken to determine the validity of the 'Hawthorne findings' in different National settings because the Socio - economic, geographical, political, cultural and technological differences among the different Nations are so considerable.
The outcome of these research studies conclusively demonstrates that "the concern for employees" on the part of Management continues to remain the prime factor for 'improving organizational productivity & manufacturing productivity under varying environmental conditions".

The discovery of the crucial importance of the 'Human factor in harnessing material resources for the production of wealth has brought about a dramatic change in the direction of Modern Management which is increasingly focusing on the satisfaction & development of employees as the cornerstone for the success of Business Organization.
Therefore, the need of the hour is that in today's times of Global Economic Recession, the top management of Business Organizations should bring about radical change in their belief, philosophy, and attitude towards employees for providing systematic skills development and for effective utilization of knowledge, talents, and skills of employees.
I think Management scholars belonging to the domain of 'Behavioural Sciences"should come forward to develop a new & flexible "framework of People - Oriented Management Systems" which can be adapted and effectively used by Business Organizations in times of 'global economic environment characterised by economic meltdown".

I would like the 'Corporate bigwigs" to react to my Corporate Views on this issue.
